Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt following our standard return policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
